You’ll learn the 7 key building blocks of a strong bookkeeping foundation and how to strengthen any areas that need support.
Session 2: Software Overview & Record
You’ll get an overview of QuickBooks Online or Wave. Then you'll get hands-on experience with the first few steps of the DIY bookkeeping cycle - recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
Session 3: Review and Reconcile
We’ll address any questions that came up while recording transactions, ensuring you feel confident in your entries. Then, you'll learn the step-by-step process to reconcile your accounts accurately, making sure everything aligns perfectly.
Session 4: Review and Reports
We’ll wrap up any loose ends from the prior session and then you'll learn how to thoroughly review your books and understand those all-important financial reports.
After completing the training, you'll be able to confidently keep organized records, stay tax-ready, and make smart money decisions for your business.

I am a QuickBooks Online Certified Advanced ProAdvisor and an Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional which is just a long winded way of saying that I know my way around QuickBooks Online.
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting, and know my way around debits, credits, and financial statements.
I also work full time helping small business owners like you take care of their books either doing them myself or training them how to do it themselves.
I think of myself as a bookkeeping empowerment coach. I am passionate about helping small business owners understand, organize, and maintain their books so that they feel confident, secure, and prepared for their business's future.

No prior experience is necessary. We’ll start with the basics and build your skills from there.
I primarily focus on QuickBooks Online, but can also cover Wave. Let me know your preference when you sign up.
While direct support between sessions isn’t included, you’ll receive homework and resources to guide your practice. You can also jot down questions for our next session.
