If we're a good fit, I'll send you a detailed proposal outlining exactly what you need, how I can help, and what the investment would be. For some situations, this may include a diagnostic review to fully assess the scope of work needed.
Step 3
If you decide to move forward, I'll send over a service agreement and we'll begin the work. This could be cleanup to get your books current, ongoing bookkeeping partnership, or both depending on your needs.

I do not offer tax preparation services. I focus exclusively on bookkeeping to ensure you get the highest quality service in that area. However, I work closely with your tax preparer to provide organized records and any information they need to make tax season smooth and efficient.

I take the security and confidentiality of your financial data seriously. All document sharing happens through my secure client portal, not email attachments. I limit access to your information to only what’s necessary for your bookkeeping and follow professional confidentiality standards.

Whenever possible, I prefer to be granted read-only access to your financial accounts, which allows me to gather what I need securely and efficiently without adding to your to-do list. If read-only access isn’t available, you’ll be able to upload your documents to a secure online portal.
The pricing is based on the scope of services required and the complexity of your business needs. I offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and I’ll work with you to find a plan that fits your budget.
Most clients—even those who’ve worked with a previous bookkeeper—need some level of clean-up or catch-up before we begin ongoing work. That’s because the accuracy of your books really matters. My goal is to make sure your records are in great shape, not just for tax season, but so you can actually use them to make confident, informed decisions about your business. Clean books are clear books and clear books bring peace of mind.
I respond to email questions during business hours Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours. Deep Calm clients receive priority support with faster response times. For urgent matters, I’ll do my best to respond the same day when possible.
I understand that business needs change. You can pause your service with 30 days’ notice, and we can discuss resuming when you’re ready. If you need to cancel, I require 30 days’ notice so I can ensure a smooth transition
